On September 20, 2017, following a jury trial that commenced on September 18, 2017, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio dismissed with prejudice all claims asserted by Northern Technologies International Corporation (“NTIC”) in the lawsuit captioned Northern Technologies International Corporation v. Cortec Corporation, Case No. 1:17-cv-00864-JG. NTIC has the right to appeal the Court’s dismissal within 30 days of having been served written notice that the judgment or order has been entered, along with a copy of said judgment or order. NTIC is currently evaluating its options related to this litigation.
