Northern Technologies International Corporation Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

Quarterly Dividend Increased 20% to $0.12 per Share

MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 24, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Northern Technologies International Corporation (NASDAQ: NTIC), a leading developer of corrosion inhibiting products and services, as well as bio-based and biodegradable polymer resin compounds, today announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share, a 20% increase from the prior quarter payment.  The common stock cash dividend will be payable on November 21, 2018, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 7, 2018.
